Cooling load design using HAP

In this course, you will learn how to determine the cooling load for any building in a particular location. You will learn how parameters such as conduction, convection and radiation affect the cooling load design. You will get to learn how to determine the cooling load of a space using both manual methods and software (HAP).

The Course will take you in-depth into how your cooling load results affect your machine selection and type of Cooling method chosen.

Other details:

The course can be attended by:

  • Engineering Graduates (Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, Met & Materials)
  • Graduates of Polytechnics in the Engineering field (ND & HND)

All classes are to be delivered via online platform using popular video meeting software such as Zoom, Teamviewer or Teams.

  • Weekday (Mon - Friday): N120,000
  • Weekend (Saturday & Sunday): N120,000

  • What software do you teach for Cooling load calculation?

We train students on how to use the Hourly Analysis Program (HAP) software for making out their Cooling load calculations.

  • What is the duration of the course?

The Weekday course (Mon to Fri) should take 2 weeks.

The Weekend course (Sat to Sun) should take 4 weekends.
